DISTANCE SELLING AGREEMENT

1. PARTIES

BUYER:
Name, address, phone, and email details are those declared by the Buyer at the time of order and included in the order form.

2. SUBJECT

The subject of this Agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with Turkish Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Distance Contracts Regulation, regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) ordered electronically by the Buyer through the Seller's website.

3. PRODUCT, PAYMENT & DELIVERY INFORMATION

The type, quantity, brand/model, sale price, payment method, and delivery details of the product are those communicated to the Buyer electronically at the time of order and included in the order confirmation. Delivery is made within the timeframe specified in our Shipping Policy, to the address provided by the Buyer.

4. GENERAL TERMS

4.1. The Buyer acknowledges having read and understood the product's essential characteristics, sale price, payment method, and delivery information on the Seller's website, and confirms this electronically.

4.2. The product will be delivered within the period stated in our Shipping Policy, not exceeding the legal 30-day limit.

4.3. The Seller is responsible for delivering the product intact, complete, and as described in the order.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from this Agreement within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the product, without any justification or penalty. To exercise this right, the Buyer must notify the Seller by email or in writing within this period, and the product must meet the conditions outlined in our Refund Policy. Upon withdrawal, the invoice of the product delivered to the Buyer or a third party must be returned to the Seller.

6. PRODUCTS EXEMPT FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Products made to the Buyer's specifications or personalized, perishable goods, or hygiene-sensitive products (such as underwear, swimwear, cosmetics) whose packaging has been opened may be exempt from the right of withdrawal under applicable law.

7. DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES

Should either party fail to fulfill its obligations under this Agreement, the other party is free to exercise its rights under Law No. 6502 and applicable regulations.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Disputes arising from this Agreement fall under the jurisdiction of the Turkish Consumer Arbitration Committees (up to the threshold announced by the Ministry of Trade) and the Consumer Courts at the Buyer's or Seller's place of residence.
