14-Day Returns

You may return any item within 14 days of delivery, no reason needed. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging and with all tags attached.

How to Start a Return

Contact us via our contact page or email with your order number. Once your request is approved, we'll send you the return address and instructions.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us immediately with a photo — we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund. You will never pay return shipping for our mistake.

Exceptions

Gift cards are non-refundable.
